So, today started well with no water thanks to frozen pipes, and Adam had quite a task to get into the car ‘cos the locks were frozen up. Still, that was all fixed by the time Jayne dragged herself out of bed (teehee).
Safi has been having her own troubles finding a good ‘business spot’, so we’ve dug a snow crapisseum for her. Quite handy it is too for the poor pup, tho’ no doubt more info than you readers need...
Despite continued winter weather warnings the sun is shining today. Hopefully it stays this way for a while.

Hi all in VT,
Great to hear from you all in wintery VT. Snow looks great fun. Have you all been sking yet. Weather here is extremely unpleasant particularly when dog walking. It is stormy, very wet and miserable. Safi looks well and enjoing herself. Well house moving at the moment here in the east mids is going ok. We have got far too much junk to get rid of. All exciting though. We are planning on moving beginning of Feb which is exciting. Other than that life is just the usual. Wedding plans going well. Anyway better go. Missing you all.

Dear Jayne,Adam & Safi, Your blog looks really good. Nice to see you are keeping up the Dad Thompson morning tradition! It looks really cold but I bet it is dry cold. we are having high winds & torrential rain so, if the temp drops a few degrees, we all might get to stay in bed. Nice to see/speak the other night. Pity we weren't there when you were young & we were still fit enough to ski! Still, happy memories of Scotland, Austria, Observatory Hill & Old Quarrington eh? Well, must get on with work so gan canny & lots of love from dadXXX
