Adam had a somewhat restricted celebration of his birthday whilst we were in S Carolina, so we did the whole cake and singing thing with the Barrys when we headed to Ithaca the w/e after for Alan Bell's retirement do (he and his wife have headed back to Brisbane Australia so I don't suppose we'll be seeing them again anytime soon).
