Shelburne Farms Harvest Festival

September 20 (okay, so these posts might not be in exact chronological order...)

Adam was still away working in Mexico so Jayne and Jack decided to go on a little outing all by themselves to the annual Shelburne Farms Harvest Festival. Despite the season it was a really warm day and we enjoyed a lovely afternoon at the festival.

Pumpkin patch kids are clearly a lot cuter than cabbage patch kids!?

All the ladies and kids were encourgaed to make harvest wreaths, head gear and accessories out of the cut shrubbery... I should probably know what it is but I have no idea! Anyone??

In one of the big tents Jack enjoyed his first open air concert with "Joni and Gigi" who sang fantastic kids songs, including one about soup made with a tomato as big as your head and a single pea (amongst other things!)
