Well, he was home one day (which was spent giving a talk for the Dairy Herd Improvement Association further south in Vermont) before heading to Chicago for mmore meetings. At least he's home for good now... well, until May when he has his big Discovery Conference in Indiana. Then he's banned from travelling until this little one arrives in the world. ;)
Speaking of our little one, we unexpectedly got to see Bubs again today. :) Jayne had been having some strange aches and pains which aren't unusual in pregnancy, but her ob/gyn wanted to check things out thoroughly to make sure the cyst and fibroids that were discovered during earlier scans weren't becoming problematic. Good news is they all look to be stable, despite one moving into a more sensitive spot thanks to all the growing and stretching that's going on in there.
Apart from finding out that all was well, the very best bit of all was seeing Bubs again...
The regular 2D view. Bubs was measuring perfectly... well, actually a week ahead of schedule at the mo...
I'nt 4D brilliant! Bubs taking a little nap... ssssh. Awww, it melts our hearts to see Bubs's little face for the very first time. It's still so incredible to think this little baby is all ours... we're biased of course but we're certain Bubs is the most beautiful little person we've ever seen. :) :) :)
